Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine the dulce de leche, milk, ice, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Prepare Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a tall glass.

Pour Frappé
Pour the blended frappé mixture into the prepared glass.

Top & Serve
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Serve immediately.
