Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the Shrimp and Crawfish
Add the shrimp and crawfish tails to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Add the Crabmeat
Gently fold in the jumbo lump crabmeat, being careful not to break it apart too much. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to combine with the seafood and cream sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
