Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the Shrimp and Crawfish

Add the shrimp and crawfish tails to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add the Crabmeat

Gently fold in the jumbo lump crabmeat, being careful not to break it apart too much. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Make the Cream Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  6. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to combine with the seafood and cream sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
