Prepare the Lamb
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Sear the Lamb
In a hot skillet, sear the lamb rack on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Roast the Lamb
Transfer the lamb to the oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Rest the Lamb
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
For the Basil Mustard Cream Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.

Add Basil
Add the fresh basil leaves and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Season the Sauce
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
