Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your oven's broiler on high.

Prepare the Shrimp Mixture
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in chopped green onions and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Combine Toppings
In a bowl, mix the cooked shrimp mixture with breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Stir until well combined.

Assemble Oysters
Place shucked oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly over each oyster. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

Broil Oysters
Place the baking sheet under the broiler and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.

Serve
Remove the oysters from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve hot as an appetizer.
