1. Prepare the Herb Mixture

In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, basil, thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the herb mixture.

2. Coat the Tuna

Rub the herb mixture all over the tuna steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

3. Cook the Tuna

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Once hot, place the tuna steaks in the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

4. Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce

In the same skillet after removing the tuna, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the lemon juice. Stir until melted and combined.

5. Serve

Plate the herb crusted tuna and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce. Serve with plum sauce and a touch of chili sauce on the side.
