1. Prepare the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until they are golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
2. Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are heated through and slightly tender.
3. Add the Shrimp

4. Combine with Au Jus
Pour the prepared Au Jus over the shrimp and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
