Buffalo Cauliflower

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Coat the Cauliflower

Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with cauliflower. Toss until the florets are well-coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake the Cauliflower

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.

  4. 4

    Add Buffalo Sauce

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. 5

    Return to Oven

Put the baking sheet back into the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Crudités

While the cauliflower is baking, prepare your crudités by cutting celery and carrots into sticks.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once the cauliflower is done, serve it hot with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping, along with the celery and carrot sticks.
