Beef Stroganoff Recipe
A truly traditional Russian dish. Strips of beef sauteed in a garlic sour cream sauce. Usually served over mashed potatoes, but it is just as yummy with rice, pasta, or buckwheat.

Make the Sauce
Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the mushrooms and stir well. Gradually add the beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken for about 3-4 minutes.

Combine and Finish
Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and mix well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow to heat through for about 2 minutes.
