Prepare the Flounder
Preheat your broiler to high. Rinse the whole flounder under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Place it on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously onto both sides of the flounder.
