Preparation

1

Prepare the Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the jumbo shrimp and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink and are cooked through.

3

Prepare the Crabmeat Mixture

In a separate bowl, mix the lump crabmeat with cream cheese and lemon juice until well combined. Gently fold in the cooked shrimp.

4

Broil the Dish

Preheat your broiler. On a baking dish, layer the cooked pasta and then top with the shrimp and crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Broil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your Shrimp & Lump Crabmeat Melba!
