Directions

1

Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Carefully devein and butterfly the jumbo shrimp without cutting all the way through. Place them on a baking dish, ensuring they lay flat.

2

Make the Crabmeat Filling

In a bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3

Stuff the Shrimp

Spoon the crabmeat mixture generously into each butterflied shrimp, ensuring they are well filled.

4

Add Breadcrumbs

In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the stuffed shrimp.

5

Bake the Shrimp

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

6

Serve

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Shrimp Imperial!
