Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper together. Brush this mixture over the lobster tails.

  2. 2

    Grill the Lobster

Place the lobster tails shell side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until the shells turn bright red. Baste with the remaining oil mixture halfway through.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Filet Mignon

While the lobster is grilling, season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.

  4. 4

    Sear the Filet

Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the filet mignon. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness, adjusting time for desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Remove the filet from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Plate the filet mignon alongside the grilled lobster tails and drizzle with remaining melted butter.
