Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Fillets

Lay the flounder fillets on a clean surface. Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto one side of each fillet. Fold the fillets over to enclose the stuffing.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

Place the stuffed flounder in a greased baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the top of each stuffed fillet and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious stuffed flounder!
