Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Shrimp and Spinach
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed shrimp and spinach, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Prepare for Baking
Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with lump crabmeat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
