Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Cook Shrimp

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Roux

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in the flour and cook for an additional minute.

  4. 4

    Add Milk

Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes).

  5. 5

    Add Cheese and Seasonings

Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until melted and smooth.

  6. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Fold in the cooked shrimp, crab meat, and green onions into the cheese sauce.

  7. 7

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

  8. 8

    Top with Bread Crumbs

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mixture.

  9. 9

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

  10. 10

    Serve

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
