Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crabmeat, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fish

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the fish fillets on a clean work surface. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Fish

Take a generous amount of the filling and place it on one side of each fish fillet. Fold the other side over to create a pocket, securing the filling inside.

  4. 4

    Bake the Fish

Place the stuffed fish fillets in a greased baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter and lemon juice over the top of the fillets. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
