Lobster Tails

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Coat the Lobster Tails

Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter sauce. Reserve some sauce for basting while cooking.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with the reserved butter sauce halfway through cooking.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges and the remaining butter sauce.
