Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned fish fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Bake the Fish

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Crabmeat Topping

While the fish is baking, heat a small pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the lump crabmeat and lemon juice; sauté for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fish from the oven and top each fillet with the sautéed lump crabmeat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
