Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- 2
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the roasted Fresno peppers and sliced serrano pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add the chopped lobster and half of the fresh basil. Stir to combine and let it cook for another 5 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water as needed.

Mix with Spaghetti
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Serve
Plate the spaghetti fra diavolo and garnish with the remaining fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
