Prepare the Ingredients
Start by peeling and dicing the kiwifruit. Set aside.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add the diced kiwifruit, tequila, sotol, damiana, gentian, lime juice, and saline solution.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
