Prepare the Beef Patty
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Prepare the Cucumbers
Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a clean jar.

Pickle the Cucumbers
Pour the hot pickling solution over the cucumbers in the jar, ensuring they are fully submerged. Add the garlic cloves. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
