Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.
Roasting

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, stirring halfway through.
Making the Balsamic Glaze

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey.

Simmer
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Finishing Touches

Drizzle Glaze
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle the balsamic glaze over them. Toss gently to coat.

Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts warm, garnished with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
