Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined.

Toss and Roast
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Serve
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm, garnished with lime wedges.
