Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Liquids
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Then add the chicken broth and canned diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Add Seafood
Add the mussels and salmon fillet to the pot. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the mussels open and the salmon is cooked through.

Finish with Shrimp
Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot with warm artisan bread on the side.
