Seafood Cioppino Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Add Liquids

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Then add the chicken broth and canned diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.

  3. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Add the halved fingerling potatoes to the pot. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

  4. 4

    Add Seafood

Add the mussels and salmon fillet to the pot. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the mussels open and the salmon is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Finish with Shrimp

Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot with warm artisan bread on the side.
