In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Asparagus
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sun-Dried Tomato Mixture
In a bowl, combine the cooked orzo, sun-dried tomatoes, sautéed asparagus, and chopped parsley. Toss gently to combine.

Make Crispy Capers
In a separate small pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Add capers and fry until crispy, stirring frequently. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving plate, spoon the orzo mixture. Place the Chilean seabass on top, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with crispy capers. Serve with provencal sauce on the side.
