Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Aioli

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into a patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Caramelize the Onions

In a separate pan, sauté sliced onion over medium heat with a little olive oil until soft and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Build the Burger

On a bun, layer the lettuce, cooked beef patty, caramelized onions, sliced tomatoes, pickles, and a generous dollop of house aioli.

Potato Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  2. 7

    Bake the Potatoes

Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes in the last 5 minutes of baking.
