Prepare the Southwestern Ranch Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Stir until smooth.

Add Seasonings
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Chill
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Taco Filling

Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest for a few minutes and then slice into strips.

Chop the Vegetables
Wash and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato.
Assemble the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Layer the grilled chicken, shredded cheddar, lettuce, and diced tomato on each tortilla.

Drizzle the chilled southwestern ranch dressing over the filled tacos.
