Set up a three-step breading station: Place the all-purpose flour in a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk in another dish, and place the bread crumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese in a third dish.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Chicken Fingers
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
