Cook the Chicken and Sausage
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing. In the same skillet, add the Andouille sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the crushed tomatoes and Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the sauce to simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients
Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it along with the cooked sausage to the sauce. Then, add the cooked linguine and toss everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
