Prepare the Pimento Cheese

Make the Cheese Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded white cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Cook the Bacon

Prepare the Burger Patty

Form the Patties
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Assemble the Burger

Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, you can toast the burger buns in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Layer the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked burger patty. Top with a generous scoop of the chilled pimento cheese, crispy bacon, tomato slice, and a drizzle of jalapeno jelly. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.
