Prepare the Burger Patties

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.
Prepare the Red Pepper Mayo

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, roasted red peppers, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Grill the Burgers

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cook the Patties
Place the turkey patties on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
