Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spiral pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Grilled Chicken
Season the grilled chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, celery, and minced garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Sauce Assembly

Add the Sauce Ingredients
To the sautéed vegetables, add the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

Season the Sauce
Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Combine & Serve

Add the cooked pasta and chopped grilled chicken into the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to combine everything evenly.

Serve the jambalaya pasta hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
