Main Ingredient

Garlic Herb Butter

Method

Preparing Garlic Herb Butter

  1. 1

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until fully liquefied.

  2. 2

    Add Garlic

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Mix in Herbs

Chop the fresh parsley, thyme, and rosemary finely. Stir the herbs into the butter mixture.

  4. 4

    Season

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside to cool slightly.

Grilling the Sirloin

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F or 232°C).

  2. 6

    Prepare the Steak

Pat the sirloin steak dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

  3. 7

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned sirloin on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.

  4. 8

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

  5. 9

    Serve with Butter

Top the grilled sirloin with a generous dollop of the garlic herb butter before serving.
