Cooking Pasta

Boil Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
Preparing Chicken and Veggies

Slice Roasted Chicken
While the pasta cooks, slice the roasted chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

Incorporate Cheese
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded Asiago cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta, Chicken, and Veggies
In the skillet with sautéed vegetables, add the drained pasta and sliced roasted chicken. Pour the cheese sauce over the top and toss everything together to coat.

Taste and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning as desired.
