Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Add the chicken breasts, pork sausage links, and beef steaks to the marinade. Ensure that all meats are coated evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the meats are marinating, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and mushrooms into large chunks suitable for grilling.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  2. 5

    Grill the Meats

Remove the marinated meats from the refrigerator and place them on the preheated grill. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, the pork sausage for about 8-10 minutes (turning occasionally), and the beef steak for 4-5 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

While the meats are cooking, place the chopped vegetables on skewers or directly on the grill. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Mixed Grill

Once everything is cooked, remove the meats and vegetables from the grill. Allow them to rest for a few minutes before slicing the chicken and beef. Arrange the meats and grilled vegetables on a serving platter.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the mixed grill warm with any remaining marinade as a dipping sauce if desired. Enjoy!
