Salad Preparation

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss the ingredients together gently.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat all ingredients evenly. Set aside.

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until foamy.

Mix Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake Rolls
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
