Mushroom Mixture

Fried Rosemary

Method

Prepare Mushroom Mixture

1

Chop Truffles and Mushrooms

Finely chop the truffles and mushrooms.

2

Sauté Mushrooms

In a skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of olive oil and sauté the chopped mushrooms until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Combine Ingredients

Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly. Then mix in the chopped truffles, grated Parmesan cheese, and cubed fior di latte cheese until well combined.

Fry Rosemary

4

Heat Olive Oil

In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

5

Fry Rosemary

Once the oil is hot, add the rosemary leaves and fry for about 1-2 minutes until crispy. Be careful not to burn them.

6

Drain Rosemary

Remove the fried rosemary from the oil and drain on paper towels. Set aside for garnish.

Assemble and Serve

7

Form Truffles

Using your hands, form the mushroom mixture into small balls or truffles.

8

Garnish and Serve

Place the formed truffles on a serving platter and top with the crispy fried rosemary for garnish.
