Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass or a champagne flute with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Aperol and 2 oz of Cinzano. Shake gently to combine.

Add Grapefruit Soda
Remove the ice from the glass and strain the Aperol and Cinzano mixture into the glass. Top it with 4 oz of grapefruit soda.

Garnish the Drink
Add a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
