Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Add the shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drain.

Prepare the Remoulade Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice until well combined. Stir in chopped green onions, parsley, and paprika.

Combine and Serve
In a large mixing bowl, toss the boiled shrimp with the remoulade sauce until well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving for a chilled option. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
