Prepare the Rosemary Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each) and add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool, then strain out the rosemary.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
