Melt the White Chocolate
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.

Mix the Liquor
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Absolut Vanilla vodka, Amaretto liqueur, and melted white chocolate. Shake well until combined.

Assemble the Drink
Fill a glass halfway with ice. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the ice, then gently layer the whipped cream on top.

Add Grenadine
Drizzle the house grenadine over the whipped cream for a beautiful presentation.
