Espresso Martini Directions
1. Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
2. Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add Lyre’s Coffee Originale, White Cane Syrup, freshly brewed espresso, and Vanilla Syrup.
3. Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
4. Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
6. Garnish
Garnish with a few coffee beans on top for decoration.
