Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Hennessy VS, pineapple juice, and simple syrup.
Shake
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters on top of the cocktail.
Garnish (optional)
Garnish with a pineapple slice or a cherry if desired.
