Cook the Protein
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp, beef, and chicken. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the proteins are cooked through and slightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 4
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 5
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, spicy bean sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water. Stir until well combined.
- 6
Combine Everything
Return the cooked shrimp, beef, and chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
