Prepare the Patties

1. Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

3. Fry Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet or grill, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
