Wontons
Soup Base
Method
Wonton Preparation
- 1
Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2
Assemble the Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of the pork filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half to make a triangle, and press to seal. Then fold the two outer corners of the triangle towards the center to form a boat shape. Repeat until all filling is used.
