Chop the Vegetables
Dice the bell pepper and carrot into small pieces. Cut the broccoli into small florets and chop the green onions.
Cooking

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and sauté until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- 5
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, and brown sugar until well combined.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
