Soup of the Day

Prepare the Soup Base
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, diced carrots, diced celery, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.

Simmer the Soup
Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Remove the bay leaf.

Garnish and Serve
Stir in chopped parsley before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Egg Roll

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Roll the Egg Rolls
Take an egg roll wrapper, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold the edges over. Seal with a drop of water.

Marinate the Pork
Coat the pork tenderloin with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Pork
Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (about 25-30 minutes).
Sweet & Sour Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
Toss shrimp in cornstarch until evenly coated.

Cook the Shrimp
In a pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In the same pan, add bell pepper, pineapple chunks, and sweet and sour sauce. Stir to combine.

Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat with sauce. Heat through and serve.
Chicken Lo Mein

Cook the Noodles
Boil lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.

Add Vegetables
Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until tender.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the cooked lo mein noodles and soy sauce to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
Pork Fried Rice

Scramble the Eggs
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil. Scramble the beaten eggs and set aside.

Stir Fry Ingredients
Add another tablespoon of oil and sauté pork, peas, and carrots until heated through.

Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Fold in the scrambled eggs and chopped green onions. Stir until everything is heated through.
Beef with Vegetables
Steamed Rice

Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until water runs clear.

In a saucepan, combine rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and golden brown.

Slice beef, chicken, and pork into thin strips.

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over high heat. Cook each meat separately until browned, then set aside.

In the same skillet, add all meats back in, along with soy sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
