Soup of the Day

    Prepare the Soup Base

    In a large pot, combine vegetable broth, carrots, celery, onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.

    Simmer

    Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.

Egg Roll

    Prepare Filling

    In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and ground pork until well combined.

    Roll Egg Rolls

    Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal with a bit of water.

    Fry

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry each egg roll until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Bar-B-Q Pork

    Marinate Pork

    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and five spice powder. Marinate the pork tenderloin for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook Pork

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place marinated pork on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Yaki Mando

    Prepare Filling

    In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and soy sauce, cook until beef is browned.

    Assemble Dumplings

    Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto a dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal tightly.

    Cook Dumplings

    In a pot of boiling water, cook dumplings for about 3-5 minutes until they float.

Sweet & Sour Pork

    Cook Pork

    In a skillet, cook pork chunks until browned. Remove and set aside.

    Sauté Vegetables

    In the same skillet, add pineapple, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes.

    Combine

    Return pork to the skillet, add sweet and sour sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

House Special Fried Rice

    Sauté Chicken and Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat sesame oil. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in mixed vegetables.

    Add Rice

    Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet, mixing well. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until heated through.

    Finish

    Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Fried Shrimp

    Prepare Shrimp

    Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, then dip in beaten egg.

    Fry Shrimp

    In a deep frying pan, heat oil and fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Steamed Rice

    Cook Rice

    In a pot, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for about 18-20 minutes until water is absorbed.

Chicken Lo Mein

    Cook Noodles

    Boil lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Stir-fry Chicken and Vegetables

    In a large skillet, stir-fry sliced chicken with mixed vegetables. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together for a few minutes.

Garlic Triple

    Marinate Chicken

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and sugar. Marinate chicken thighs for at least 20 minutes.

    Cook Chicken

    In a skillet, cook marinated chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
