Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by peeling and deveining the shrimp. Dice the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic, chop the green onions, and dice the bell pepper.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. In a separate bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and sugar. Add the cornstarch slurry to this mixture and stir well.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and chopped green onions. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  3. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add the lobster meat and snow peas, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the snow peas are bright green and tender-crisp.

  4. 6

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Remove the skillet from heat and serve the shrimp with lobster sauce over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with extra chopped green onions if desired.
